If your boiler is more than 10 years old and is no longer serviceable or working efficiently, we may be able to help you replace it for a more energy efficient system.

• Action on Energy Cambridgeshire provides financial support including ECO4 grants for low-income households to upgrade their homes with measures such as central heating and insulation
• The Energy Savings Trust can provide you with useful information about schemes available in your area
• The Gas Safe charity offers guidance about using gas safely
• The county council provides information about other energy support available in Cambridgeshire

Each year we install about 20 replacement boilers funded by either a Disabled Facility or Special Purpose Grant. We have three approved contractors who complete this work for us. In the 12 months preceding December 2022, we have also installed two air source heat pumps which are more environmentally friendly heating options.
